How to Apply
Step 1 - Complete the Wholesale Enquiry Form on this page. We will send you a Registration Form and our Commercial Coffee Brochure.

Step 2 - Once you have selected which Scorgo product(s) you wish to stock from our brochure, please complete your Registration Form and return it to us at info@scorgocoffeeandroastery.co.uk.
Step 3 - Upon receipt of your Registration Form, our business manager will contact you within 2 business days.
We will discuss your product selection(s), order quantities, payment terms, how to make your order(s), delivery lead times and anything else that we can do to meet your expectations.
Step 4 - You can now make your first order.
We provide you with direct contact information to a business manager where you can contact them either by calling, via WhatsApp or email should you need any support.
Your wholesale account will then be fully active. Order when you like, make the payment and we'll get your order to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order quantity and do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Our minimum order for wholesale accounts is 5kg per order and we offer 5kg increments. E.g. 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg.
We are a family-run roastery who prices its products fairly and competitively to the industry standard for what we believe to be exceptional coffee.
2. Do you offer samples?
Yes, approved wholesale accounts can request free samples before committing to a full order. We can offer whole beans or ground for your preferred brewing method.

3. What are your commercial payment terms & methods?
Our payment terms requires payment to be made before fulfillment is complete and we do not offer credit accounts.
We invoice you for your chosen product(s) and we offer four standard payment methods to choose from.
- Online payment via credit / debit card
- Bank transfer
- In-person card payment
- Cash
Our digital payment methods are safe, encrypted and comply with all relevant UK regulations & GDPR. Our business bank account is a UK based bank regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Please note that we do not accept cheques, AMEX, PayPal, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay and crypto payments. We also do not accept payments in lieu of other professional services.
4. What delivery options do you offer and how long does delivery take?
We offer free delivery once per week to certain post codes local to our roastery. Please click here for more information within our Shipping Policy.
Standard UK delivery is 2–3 business days from the roast date. This complements the resting period of the beans and ensures we get your product(s) to you in the most efficient manner.
Expedited options are available upon request, please discuss this with your business manager.
5. Can I order custom coffee beans, custom blends or specific beans that you do not currently stock?
Politely, no and we have a few really good reasons behind this approach.
We spend a lot of time researching and developing our product lines and our roast profiles to produce delicious coffee for our customers.
Our team dedicate themselves to perfecting our roast profiles to complement our coffee beans. We stand by our reputation and the quality of our products speak for themselves.
Introducing alternative products outside of our product range takes us away from doing what we do best and we believe that it will only be the customer who feels the brunt of this approach so these options are not within our business model.
It's not that we don't explore and introduce new product lines because this is not the case - every so often we add new coffee beans but it's carefully selected and the roast profile is heavily developed.
We follow this ethos to ensure that our customers receive the value and quality that is expected of Scorgo coffee.
6. Do you offer private label products / white labelling / dropshipping?
In short, no.
Our business model does not align with these business models and we cannot offer these services or retail methods to other businesses or individuals.
