Number 9 is a Guatemalan single origin Arabica bean that layers rich milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and a sweet lift of caramel that keeps every cup feeling lively and fresh. It has a balanced complexity that works beautifully no matter how you brew it, making it one of those coffees that fits naturally into any part of your day.

Sourced from elevations between 1,550 and 2,000 MASL in Guatemala and processed using a fully washed and sun-dried method, Number 9 is grown from Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, and Caturra varietals. The high altitude growing conditions and careful processing give it the clarity and depth that sets it apart from everyday coffee.

Tasting Notes

Milk chocolate richness and roasted hazelnut lead the way, with sweet caramel hints running through the cup from start to finish. None of the notes overpower each other but rather they complement the silky body with a clean, satisfying finish that makes it just as good on the tenth cup as it was on the first.
