Brazilian sweetness and Ugandan character sit side by side, creating a flavour profile that is layered, generous, and deeply satisfying. This is a blend that works for every occasion and every brewing method, the kind of coffee that earns a permanent spot in your kitchen.

A 50/50 post-roast blend of Brazilian and Ugandan Arabica, sourced from elevations between 1,100 and 2,200 MASL and naturally processed to develop its full sweetness and depth. Blending after roasting allows each origin to be roasted to its own perfect profile before being combined, which is why the result is so well-rounded and consistent. With an SCA score of 83 to 85, Number 82 is an SCA rated coffee sitting firmly in specialty grade territory.

Tasting Notes

Chocolate and a nutty kick lead the way, with caramel sweetness running through the cup from start to finish. Fruity brightness and a touch of honey add complexity, while a gentle nuttiness rounds off the finish. The profile is generous and layered, with enough going on to keep things interesting without ever feeling overwhelming.
