Number 27 is a specialty grade Peruvian single origin that balances caramel sweetness, a hint of cedar earthiness, and a gentle cinnamon spice in a way that feels both familiar and genuinely interesting. Smooth-bodied with a lively brightness, it is the kind of coffee that works just as well as your morning ritual as it does as an afternoon treat.

Sourced from elevations between 1,200 and 1,350 MASL in Peru and processed using a washed and sun-dried method. Number 27 carries real clarity and depth and with an SCA score of 83, making it a certified SCA rated coffee and a truly exceptional specialty coffee.

Tasting Notes

Caramel sweetness leads the way, followed by a subtle cedar earthiness and a gentle warming of cinnamon. The body is smooth and approachable, with a brightness that keeps every cup lively from first sip to last.
